All products and Services offered through the Online Learning Hub are digital. Access is granted immediately upon purchase or enrollment. Once access has been provided — including logging into a course, viewing lessons, or downloading any material — your purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
If you are subscribed to an ongoing plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Access will remain active until that date. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day “cooling-off” period for digital purchases. However, by beginning a course or accessing digital content before the end of this period, you acknowledge that the Service is considered delivered and you waive your right to withdraw or request a refund.
